1. Scope of Service
Fix My Website provides troubleshooting and repair services for website bugs, performance issues, and design fixes. Services are offered remotely and communication is handled via email.
2. Quotes & Payment
All work requires upfront payment. Prices shown on the site are starting rates; final costs depend on the complexity of your issue.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your issue and maintaining a current backup of your site before work begins. If no backup exists, Fix My Website is not liable for data loss. Provide only temporary access credentials (CMS, hosting, or database) and revoke/delete them after work is complete.
4. Guarantee & Liability
If we cannot fix your issue, you will receive a full refund. If the same issue reappears within 7 days of completion, we will recheck and attempt to resolve it at no extra charge. Fix My Website is not responsible for issues outside the agreed scope, data loss due to lack of backups, or third-party service failures/conflicts unrelated to the original request.
5. Confidentiality
Information and temporary credentials you provide will be kept confidential and used only to complete the requested work.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel any time before work begins. Once work has started, cancellations are not possible. Refunds apply only if we are unable to complete the agreed fix.
7. Business Hours (EST)
Fix My Website operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST/ET), excluding U.S. federal holidays. We review new requests outside these hours on the next business day. Any timelines we provide refer to business hours unless explicitly stated otherwise.
